This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, babysitting services, and a gorgeous rooftop pool. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with directions. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Xmas!

The weather was wonderful, had very positive stay on vacation. The location to a shopping center was great for us. Besides, it was next to the areas that had the least current, mall, restaurants, clubs, bars, and the restaurants, pools and the most beautiful beach.

Make sure you stay in the superior deluxe room with double beds. It has gentle employees who gave such personal service.

The rooftop pool offered fine views and a peaceful atmosphere, a perfect escape during busy days. Dinner options were a mix of refined dishes, consistently tasty throughout our stay. The hotel struggled to accommodate guests, leading to extended waits for dinner. The constant upselling of resort credits was overwhelming, detracting from the overall experience.

This hotel was lovely base for exploring Cancun, loved it and property's caring and very attentive staff who gave such personal service. Booked a room with absolutely stunning views of the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and awesome, the check in was quick.

Friendly staff at the swim-up bar.
Our experience was a nightmare from the start. The hotel miscommunicated about our spa credits, leading to a shocking bill during check-out. The room was dusty and had a foul stench, and we had to change rooms due to yellow particles oozing from the Jacuzzi. It seemed like we had to fight for basic requests and services. This was not the relaxing vacation we had envisioned!

Hotel is not excellent but good enough.
Small hotel, for a few days. The services give you the price in dollars, if you want to pay with national card in pesos, they apply you the currency exchange they want (what a coincidence that is much higher than the market) so for Mexicans any service is more expensive than for foreigners. VERY BAD.

No nonsense, just the truth
The resort excels with its excellent dining options and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff are attentive and professional. Our lagoon view room was spacious with an amazing balcony. Daily activities kept us entertained at this well-maintained hotel. A solid choice for families, but some minor room shape issues remain.
